Getting Started

Okay, so you have signed up. Take a look at our Start Guide below on how to get started.

1.Add Classes. Navigate on the menu to Manage - Class. Add all the classes in your school. Set the class order in the panel below.

 

 

 

2.Add Sections. Navigate on the menu to Manage - Section. Add all the sections in your school. If you dont have multiple sections please add a section called None

 

 

 

3.Add Streams  Navigate on the menu to Manage - Streams. Add all the streams in your school. If you dont have multiple Streams please add a stream called General

 

 

 

4. Add Houses  Navigate on the menu to Manage - House. Add all the houses in your school. If you dont have houses please add a house called None

 

 

Add Department

 

 

 

 

1. Add Fee Heads : Navigate on the menu to Manage - Fee Head. Add all the Fee heads.

 

 

 

2. Link Fee to Students : Navigate on the menu to Fees - Link Fee to Student. 

Select the Students you would like to add Fee to. 

Click Select Students and Proceed.
Select the Fee Head and Enter the Fees
Click Appy Fee to Selected Students
Do this for all the Fees you would like to link.

 

 

3.Set Up your Printer : Please make sure you have a printer set up correctly for printing out the Receipts.


4.Make sure your School information is correct. Navigate on the menu to Administrator - School Information. 

Make sure the information entered here is correct. The School Name, Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 will be displayed on the Receipt.

 

 

 

1.Add Subjects: Naviagte on the Menu to Manage-Subjects.

Add all the subjects taught in your school.

 

2.Add Character Fields: Before Printing out Report Card you will need to Add Character Fields. You can do this Navigating to Manage - Character Fields.

 

 

3.Set Class Responsibility: Administrators are allowed to view data for all classes but Staff need to be given permissions to enter and modify student Marks.

Navigate to Staff- Staff Information.

Search for the Staff and select the Staff you would like to add Class Reponsibility.

Click to open the Teaching Classes tab and add the Class Section and Subject combination

 

4.Create Examinations: Navigate to Tests and Examinations and click Examination. Create an examination.

5.Create Test: Navigate to the Tests and Examination - Create Test and enter Student Marks.
